Health & Safety Guidelines – Before Your Massage Appointment
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional experience for all clients and staff, please review the following health and safety guidelines before your scheduled massage:
1. Health Screening
If you are feeling unwell (fever, cough, cold, flu-like symptoms), please reschedule your appointment.
Inform us of any recent injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions prior to your session.
If you have been diagnosed with a contagious illness or skin condition, please notify us in advance.
2. Hygiene Requirements
Please shower prior to your appointment to ensure personal hygiene and comfort.
Wear clean, comfortable clothing and remove any jewelry or accessories before the session.
3. COVID-19 & Communicable Disease Policy
If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has, please wait at least 5–10 days or follow local health guidance before rescheduling.
Masks may be requested or required based on current health guidelines or at client/therapist discretion.
4. Arrival & Timing
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any intake forms or updates to your health history.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid overlap with other clients.
5. Communication & Comfort
Communicate any discomfort, pain, or preferences during the massage — your comfort is my priority.
You may end the session at any time if you feel uncomfortable for any reason.
6. Cleanliness & Sanitation
All linens, towels, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between appointments.
Massage tables and tools are disinfected after each use using medical-grade cleaners.
7. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
